Data Controller and Data Protection Officer

The Data Controller is the “Opus Loci” Association for Social Promotion (hereinafter, the “Association”), with its registered office in Cividale del Friuli at Via Giuseppe Mazzini 49, codice fiscale (tax code) 94162170305, enrolled in Section B of the “Registro Unico Nazionale Terzo Settore” (National Single Register of the Third Sector) as of 21/01/2025. The Association has not appointed its own Data Protection Officer.

Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing

The personal data collected through the website are processed by the Association in the exercise of its statutory purposes—namely education, instruction and training; protection and enhancement of cultural and landscape heritage; scientific research; and the organization and management of cultural, artistic, or recreational activities. Data are processed in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

Recipients of Data

Data are processed solely by the Association. They are disclosed, for service purposes, to the web agency that developed the site. They may also be processed by external parties duly trained and appointed pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR; a list of such parties may be requested from the Association.

Retention Period

Data are retained only for the period strictly necessary to pursue the purposes for which they were collected. Browsing data persist for no more than thirty days, except where different retention is required by judicial authorities.
